摘要
某楔形制动器总成制动过程中存在发热、抱死故障,严重制约着国产大吨位汽车起重机系列用桥的市场推广进程。为了解决这些故障,对某楔形制动器总成进行了优化设计,通过有限元分析,得出合理的改进设计方案,为楔形制动的设计提供了参考。
There is a fever,a wedge brake assembly brake locking fault,seriously restricting the domestic large-tonnage truck crane series bridge the marketing process.To address these problems,a wedge brake assembly has been optimized by finite element analysis,reasonably come to improve the design,provide a reference for the wedge brake design.
