The design conditions,technological process and equipment layout,etc were introduced during the process that the oil was removd of auto molding girder surface 1000 bottoms every day.Design details of transmission device,cleaning and rinsing system,water,blow water and drying system,water spray cooling system and filtering and sewage systems were explained simply.At the same time,the main characteristic of design scheme was summarized.
