浅谈汽车车身开发过程中装焊的SE

摘要 据中国汽车工业协会发布的数据显示,2009年我国国产汽车产销分别为1379.10万辆和1364.48万辆,首次成为世界汽车产销第一大国,其中自主品牌表现抢眼,销售457.70万辆,占乘用车销售总量的44%,在新车型的投放速度和数量上也有了新的突破,自主新车达20余款,值得所有汽车人自豪。但就目前的实际情况看,国内自主开发周期、成本控制、质量控制等均和国际汽车发展还有很大的差距,其中主要原因之一是,虽然国内各自主品牌汽车公司开发过程中均使用了同步工程开发模式,但多数靠韩国、日本等企业进行技术支持,自身还没有培养起自己的技术骨干,本文就近年来自己工作积累,详细阐述了汽车开发中关于装焊的同步工程的重要性和必要性,以及装焊同步工程的各个阶段中的相关工作。 According to the China Automotive Industry Association released data show that in 2009China's domestic car sales were 13,791,000 and 13,644,800,for the first time become the world's automobile production and sales superpower,which own brand eye-catching performance,selling4,577,000,accounting for passenger cars 44%of total sales in the launch of new models also have the speed and number of new breakthroughs,new car up to 20 independent balance,it is worth all the cars people proud.However,the current actual situation,the domestic self-development cycle,cost control,quality control,etc.and international vehicle development still lags behind,in which the main one is that although domestic independent brand car companies are using the development process a concurrent engineering development model,but most rely on Korea,Japan and other enterprises for technical support,not cultivate their own technology backbone,their work has accumulated in recent years,this paper expounds in detail about the assembly and welding of vehicle development in the importance of simultaneous engineering and necessity,as well as the various stages of assembly and welding concurrent engineering in the related work.
