摘要
教学改革的关键是教师,教师发展蕴含教师的自我激励和自我创新。教师发展的技艺模式凸显教学技能的默会性,应用科学模式突出科学理论的指导作用,反思模式强调教师在教学行动中反思的重要性,"大师复盘模式"为在职教师教学、科研和自身发展一体化提供了方法论指导。高校在职外语教师可通过教学日记、课堂教学反思、教学录像分析和教研论文撰写等自我发展策略,不断提升自身教学技艺、科研水平和改革创新能力。
Teachers play a critical role in teaching reform.Teacher development entails self-motivation and self-innovation.Concerning teacher development,the Craft Model focuses on the tacit know ledge of teaching skills;the Applied Science Model emphasizes the guiding function of scientific know ledge;the Reflective Model gives first priority to teachers' reflection on teaching practice;Chess-MasterModel features its methodology of teaching video analysis in integrating teaching,research and selfdevelopment.In-service university English teachers can achieve self-development through strategies such as teaching journal,teaching reflection,teaching video analysis and academic paper w riting,thus refining teaching skill,enhancing research ability as w ell as reform and innovation ability.
