情绪障碍-活动后气短

摘要 老年患者，男性，88岁，技术工作退休人员。因情绪障碍、活动后气短1个月余于2012年2月11日入院。2012年初患者因前列腺增生症状加重、多次调整药物治疗后无效．而发生情绪低落，偶有紧张、烦躁，情绪激动时以头撞墙、大哭，自诉“全身疼痛”，拒绝就医；自感吞咽困难，拒绝服药，拒绝进食进水。同时出现乏力、活动后气短，活动耐量减低。
