基于序关系分析法的“培养企业”优选方法研究——以机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

Optimized selection method of “joint-education enterprises” based on layered ordinal relation analysis:Exemplified by the undergraduate program of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation

以序关系分析法为理论基础,以卓越工程师校企合作培养企业的培养方法、实践能力培养策略、业务技能培养策略、职业技能培养策略为指标,构建了合作培养企业的优劣评价模型。最后,以机械设计制造及其自动化专业的合作培养企业优选为例,验证了该方法在卓越工程师培养中优选合作企业不失为一种简便可行的方法。

A model was established based on layered ordinal relation analysis to evaluate enterprises engaged in the college-enterprise cooperation program. The indicators of the model include cultivating methods of the cooperative enterprise, and the strategies for developing practical abilities, cultivating business skills and training professional skills. The feasibility and convenience of the method in the optimized selection of cooperative enterprises were verified via an example of selecting cooperative enterprises to cultivate eminent engineers majored in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation.
