基于AR功率谱分析的砌块成型机振动特征研究

摘要 引入AR功率谱研究液压马达驱动机械偏心和差动液压缸两种激振模式砌块成型机的振动特征,探讨砌块成型机工作参数优化的新方法。实验中,采集系统振动加速度信号,建立基于时间序列的AR功率模型,并比较分析不同工作参数下的AR功率谱特征。结果表明:液压马达驱动机械偏心激振模式对压力参数较流量参数敏感;而差动液压缸激振模式对压力和流量参数的敏感程度都高于机械偏心激振模式,由此获得了不同激振模式下的最佳工作参数组。 Autoregressive (AR) power spectrum was adopted to examine the vibration features of block forming machine with the excitation modes of hydraulic propelling motor-drive mechanic eccentricity and differential hydraulic cylinder. New methods of optimizing the operation parameters of block forming machine were explored. In the experimental stage, the vibration acceleration signals were randomly collected to build a time-series based AR power model. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of AR power spectrum of diverse operating parameters was conducted. Premium operating parameters in different modes of vibration excitation were obtained. The results show that compared to flow parameters, the excitation vibration mode of hydraulic-propelling machinery eccentricity is more sensitive to pressure parameter, that the excitation vibration of differential hydraulic cylinder has a higher sensitivity to pressure parameter and flow parameter than that of the excitation vibration of mechanic eccentricity.
