基于循环经济视角的海南省低碳旅游发展研究

A study of low-carbon tourism development in Hainan province based on the perspective of circular economy

低排放和高利用是循环经济和低碳旅游协同发展的前提。目前海南省发展旅游产业和建设国际旅游岛面临着能源约束、气候条件以及生态系统退化等一系列问题。借助于问卷调查、实地勘查、旅游者碳足迹方法以及旅游产品—线路设计等方法和工具,分析低碳旅游运行现状,对问题进行系统分析和整合,提出海南省低碳旅游发展对策,为国际旅游岛建设和可持续发展提供决策建议。

Low emission and high utilization are the premise of the coordinated development of circular economy and low car- bon tourism. The development of tourism industry and the construction of international tourism island of Hainan province encounter a series of problems, such as the energy constraint, climate conditions and ecosystem degradation, etc. This article analyzes the present situation of low carbon tourism operation, makes system analysis and integration by means of questionnaire survey method, field survey method, the carbon footprint method and tourist products, and constructs low carbon tourism cycle economy model in Hainan province in order to provide decision - making advice for the construction and sustainable development of international tourism island.
