煤炭矿区生态环境综合整治措施研究——以银川市红墩子矿区为例

THE STUDY OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ECO ENVIRONMENT IMPROVEMENT MEASURES IN COAL MINING AREAS——HONGDUNZI COAL MINING AREAS IN YINCHUAN CITY

根据红墩子矿区总体规划项目布局、矿区所在生态功能分区、规划扰动范围、程度,并结合井工矿的开采沉陷影响特点,提出矿区生态综合整治目标及生态综合整治措施,并对矿区生态恢复的补偿机制和保障措施进行了探讨。

Based on the project distribution of overall planning, ecological function regionalization and range and level of planning perturbation in Hongdunzi coal mining areas, and combined with the characteristics of mine exploitation subsidence effects,this study provided the objectives and strategies of comprehensive eco-environment management of Hongdunzi coal mining areas. Besides, ecological compensation mechanism and safeguard measures of Hongdunzi coal mining areas were also investigated.
