摘要
工读教育迟缓发展的症结在于工读教育模式的不合理,其普遍存在的重大问题出现在收生环节和教育环节。其在收生程序上存在异化、收生对象与教育对象不分、收生对象的具体内容不明确;在教育过程中存在教育资源单一、教育经验无法及时有效共享、工读教育矫治效果缺失等问题。
The slow development of the reform education mainly lies in the unreasonable work-study education mode, whose major problems result from the admission link and the educatin link. In the admission procedure, the admission object and the education object is unclear, and the specific contents of the admission object is vague; while in the education process, the education resources are not rich, the education experience can not timely and effectively be shared, and the work-study education correction is lack of effect too.
