参麦注射液联合维生素C对维持性血液透析患者微炎症反应的影响

Effect of Shenmai injection combined with vitamin C on micro-inflammatory response of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的研究参麦注射液联合维生素C对维持性血液透析(Maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者微炎症状态的影响。方法将2010年1月至2013年1月我院收治的行MHD的慢性肾功能衰竭患者46例按随机数字表格法分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予维生素C,治疗组给予参麦注射液联合维生素C,观察两组患者血清炎症因子、血脂水平,并评价其心功能。结果治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平依次为(5.10±0.76)mg/L、(7.73±1.04)ng/L、(1.17±0.13)ng/L,均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脂水平及心功能改善情况也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合维生素C能有效改善MHD患者微炎症反应的影响。

Objective To study the effect of Shenmai injection combined with vitamin C on micro-inflammatory response of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 46 cases of chronic renal failure patients w ho underw ent MHD from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital w ere randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group w as given vitamin C.Treatment group w as given Shenmai injection and vitamin C.Serum inflammatory factors,lipid levels w ere observed and the cardiac function w as evaluated.Results The serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-alpha level w ere（5.10±0.76） mg/L,（7.73±1.04） ng/L,（1.17±0.13） ng/L in treatment group after treatment,they w ere significantly low er than those of control group（P0.05）.Lipid levels and heart function of treatment group improved significantly better than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection combined w ith vitamin C can effectively improve the micro-inflammatory response in MHD patients.
