摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定丹膝颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDBC18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);甲醇-1.0%醋酸溶液(30∶70);检测波长为321 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL;柱温为30℃。结果阿魏酸在0.312 8~15.64μg/mL范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为96.91%,RSD为1.72%。结论本方法专属性强,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于丹膝颗粒的质量控制和评价方法 。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Danxi granula.Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1.0% acetic acid(30∶ 70),the flowrate was 1.0 mL/min,the detective wavelength was at 321 nm,the inject volume was 10 μL,the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results A good linear correlation of ferulic acid was observed within the range of 0.312 8 ~ 15.64 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),with the average recovery was 96.91%(RSD=1.72%).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility,and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Danxi granula.
