摘要
目的探讨老年患者用药差错发生的原因与预防措施。方法针对老年患者用药差错的环节,对收集到的典型临床案例进行分析。结果患者与医务工作者相互配合,严格监控用药的各个环节,可以减少老年患者用药错误。结论严格防范用药差错,可促进老年患者用药安全,减少医疗纠纷,具有良好的发展前景。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of medication errors in elderly patients.Methods The typical clinical cases were collected and analyzed from procedures of medication errors in elderly patients.Results Patients and health providers should cooperate mutually and strictly and monitor different procedures of medication,which could decrease the rate of medication errors in elderly patients effectively.Conclusion Medication safety of elderly patients is bound to be promoted because of preventing medication errors rigorously,which could not only avoid increasing medical disputes,but also have good prospects for development.
