摘要
为适用电子模块化的要求 ,本文通过对有机材料 ,无机材料导热与绝缘的内在联系的分析认识和试验 ,采用了较好的材料 ,提高了按配方固化物的导热性能 ,并通过选择长分子链树脂和长分子链胺类固化剂 ,使固化物具有较好的弹性和可拆性 ,从而对解决模块的散热 ,提高可维修性和降低成本有一定的意义 ,是一种值得推广的材料。
This article is based on a large number of analyses and tests on the inner connection between thermal conduction and insulation of organic and inorganic material. We used better material which can largely improve thermal conductivity of presoribed condensate. After the choice of amine curing agent and long polymer chainresin. This condensate has better elasticity and can be easily detached. By using this material, we can solve the problem of thermal radiation of module and improve product maintainability and reduce product cost. This is a good material worth to be generalized.
