人类乳头瘤病毒感染与白细胞相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及分型与白细胞的相关性,并研究本地区HPV基因型的分布情况。方法对武汉大学人民医院妇科2011年7月至2013年1月住院的273例患者进行血常规检查,同时进行HPV基因分型检查。结果 HPV阳性患者的白细胞总数及中性粒细胞百分比明显高于HPV阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV阳性患者的淋巴细胞百分比明显低于HPV阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV阳性患者的单核细胞百分比与HPV阴性患者之间没有差别。HPV阳性患者各亚型间的白细胞及分类没有差别。本地区HPV感染的亚型主要为HPV16、HPV33、HPV52,高危亚型感染比例较大(88.8%)。结论白细胞检测结合HPV亚型的检测能提高对HPV感染的诊断率,为采取针对性措施降低宫颈癌的发生率提供支持。 Objective To study the correlation between genotypes of human papilloma virus(HPV)and leukocyte and the distribution of HPV genotypes in this region.Methods A total of 273cases of patients,treated in Department of Gynecology of this hospital from Jul.2011to Jan.2013,were detected for HPV genotypes and routine blood test.Results The total number of leukocyte and percentage of neutrophilic granulocyte in HPV positive cases was higher than HPV negative cases(P0.05),the percentage of lymphocyte was lower(P0.05),while the difference of percentage of monocyte was not significant.The total number of leukocyte and percentage of various classifications were not significantly different in patients with infection of different subtypes of HPV.The most common genotypes of HPV infection in this region were HPV16,33and 52,and the high-risk subtypes occupied larger proportion(88.8%).Conclusion Combined detection of leukocyte and HPV genotypes could increase the diagnostic rate of HPV infection and support for the reducing of incidence of cervical cancer.
