广州地铁1号线信号与屏蔽门接口功能分析及日常维护

Functional Analysis and Maintenance of Interface between Signal and PSD of Guangzhou Metro Line 1

屏蔽门系统的控制需要信号提供相应的接口。结合信号系统与屏蔽门系统接口功能定义,介绍广州地铁1号线既有信号系统与后加装的屏蔽门系统的接口关系,以及TKCG-06型屏蔽门联动系统的设计原理、系统结构和工作模式,描述联动系统与车门回路、信号紧停回路、信号车载ATP(列车自动防护系统)、屏蔽门系统之间的电气接口内容,并分析了屏蔽门联动系统的常见故障类型以及在日常维护中故障处理流程。

Platform screen door（PSD）control requires signal to provide corresponding interface.The paper combines signal system with PSD interface to discuss the relation between the two in Guangzhou metro line 1,including the design of TKCG-06 PSD,system structure and work method,the electrical interface content of linkage system and door loop,signal emergency stop circuit,the signal-board ATP（ Automatic Train Protection）,PSD system.It also analyzes familiar fault in PSD linkage system as well as troubleshooting process in routine maintenance.
