摘要
随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展,各种新材料及难加工材料层出不穷,PDC刀具以其特有的性能优势适应了现代加工制造业的发展需求,成为未来刀具技术发展的趋势,然而我国PDC刀具的设计制造与国外先进水平还存在很大的差距,文章对PDC刀具材料、刀体、主偏角、副偏角、后角、前角、刃倾角、刀尖圆弧、刃带等要素的作用进行了分析,论述了各要素的选择原则,为PDC刀具的生产设计提供了一定的参考依据。
With the rapidly development of modern science and technology, all kinds of new materials and difficult-to-machi/te materials emerge in endlessly. The PDC cutting tool will become the trend of the cutting tool technology development in the future by its unique performance advantages to meet the demand for the development of modern manu- facturing industry. However, there is the gap between the design and manufacturing of PDC cutting tool in China and the advanced foreign technology. In this paper, the func- tions of the elements such as PDC cutter materials, cutter body, the main angle, auxiliary angle, inclination angle, rake angle, blade and blade circular arc. are analyzed, and the principles of selecting the elements were discussed. It can provide certain reference basis for the design and production of PDC cutting tool
