纳米金刚石主要技术指标之研究

简要介绍了纳米金刚石的主要技术指标、俄罗斯国家行业标准和国外几家公司的相关技术指标,以及测量方法的特殊性。纳米颗粒的粒度检测应使用光子相关光谱法,X射线小角散射法对纳米金刚石的粒度检测是不适宜的。测量含水量时105℃对常规化工产品是适宜的,而对纳米金刚石则应改为118(±2)℃。检测环境应为:20(±5)℃,相对湿度≤80%,大气压力84～106kPa。

The main technical indexes of the nano-diamond, Russian national industry standard, related technical indexes of several foreign companies and the particularity of measuring method have been introduced in this paper. Photon correlation spectroscopy should be used on nano-particles size measurement, but small angle X-ray scattering measurement is not available on nano-diamond. For conventional chemical products, measuring moisture at 105℃ is appropriate. While for the nano-diamond, it should be in- creased to （ 118-4- 2℃ Testing environment should be temperature （ 20 ±5 ） ℃, relative humidity≤80% atmospheric pressure at 84-106kPa.
