摘要
培训是人力资源管理多项业务活动之一,该类从业人员的素质水平对组织人力资源管理水平乃至可持续发展具有重要影响。通过对调查样本的实证分析,培训业务从业人员所在组织单位性质、组织规模和设岗方式上均呈现出不同的特点;此类从业者在性别、年龄、学历、晋升机遇、职业资格等方面也具有差异化的特征。
Training is one of various Human Resource Management activities. The quality level of Human Resource Management practitioners has an important influence on the level of hu- man resource management within the organization as well as its sustainable development. An em- pirical analysis of the survey samples shows that organizations for which training business practi- tioners are working differ from nature, size and the way of job-setting; and such practitioners have differentiated characteristics in terms of gender, age, education, promotion opportunities, and vocational qualifications.
