护理标识在鼻咽癌同步放化疗病人中的应用

Application of nursing marks in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients during concurrent chemoradiotherapy

[目的]探讨对鼻咽癌同步放化疗病人针对性地使用护理标识,增强医患双方的风险防范意识。[方法]根据鼻咽癌病人的特点及病人同步放化疗过程中的需要,有针对性地使用护理标识。[结果]护理不良事件发生率由原来的2.0%下降到0.5%,经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管异常发生率由原来的3.0%下降到0.3%,病人满意度保持在95.0%以上,医患双方的风险意识增强。[结论]有针对性地使用护理标识,有助于降低护理风险,提高护理质量。

Objective：To probe into targeted usage of nursing marks for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy,so as to enhance risk prevention awareness of both doctors and patients.Methods：According to characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and their needs during receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy,nursing marks were used targetedly.Results：The incidence of nursing adverse events decreased from 2%to 0.5%,and the incidence of abnormal location of peripheral central venous catheter declined from 3% down to 0.3%.satisfaction of patients was maintained more than 95%.Risk awareness of both nurses and patients was enhanced.Conclusion：To targetedly use of nursing marks is helpful to reduce nursing risk and improve the quality of nursing.
