社区老年糖尿病病人糖尿病防治知信行现状调查分析

Survey and analysis on status quo of KAP of senile patients in community on diabetes prevention and treatment

[目的]了解社区老年糖尿病病人对糖尿病防治相关知识、态度、行为现状,为社区开展健康教育提供参考依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷对107例社区老年糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]社区老年糖尿病病人糖尿病知识知晓率较低,尤其在具体的、专业程度较高的知识方面认知不足;态度方面,总体较好;行为方面,除按医嘱规定使用药物正确行为率较高(73.0%)外,其他正确行为率均不到43%。[结论]社区卫生服务机构应根据老年糖尿病病人的特点开展糖尿病健康教育与服务活动,以进一步提高其认知水平,转变防治态度并上升到自觉行为,满足其服务需求。

Objective：To know about the status quo of KAP of senile patients with diabetes in community on diabetes prevention and treatment,so as to provide evidences for health education in community.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was applied among 107senile patients with diabetes in community for diabetic health knowledge,attitude and behavior survey.Results：The awareness rate of senile patients with diabetes in community on diabetic knowledge was lower.And the cognition was poor especially in higher degree of professional knowledge;regarding to attitude,it was better in all.Behavior,the rate of correct behaviors was higher in the requirement to use prescription drugs（72.5%）,besides that rate of other correct behavior was less than 43%.Conclusion：Community health services should carry out diabetes health education and services be based on the characteristics of elderly patients with diabetes,to further increase their level of knowledge,change attitudes and make them rise to conscious behavior and meet their service needs.
