高校内部教学质量自我监控机制的实践探索与思考

Probe into and Reflections on the Practice of Self-monitoring the Internal Teaching Quality in Universities and Colleges

高校内部教学质量自我监控机制的建立 ,使高校内部教学工作产生一个反馈系统 ,达到控制和调节教学工作的作用 ,使教学工作更加符合育人的基本目标 ,较好地保证高校的教学质量。作者通过本校教学评估与督导工作多年的实践和探索 ,提出形成自我监控机制首先要组织落实 ,进而要形成评价系统 ,建立教学质量信息系统。作者还建议成立课堂质量考评组和构建教师培训模式。从而形成高校内部教学工作自我管理 ,自我约束 ,自我诊断和自我发展的机制 ,使高校的教学质量 ,通过监控手段不断得到提高 。

The establishment of self-supervising the teaching quality inside colleges and universities brings about a feedback system of the teaching so as to perform the functions of controlling and adjusting the teaching and to make it up to the basic goal of education,thus ensure the higher teaching quality.Through years' practice and study,this paper suggests that an in-class quality-checking team be formed and the model of teacher-training constructed,thus the teaching quality in colleges and universities can be constantly improving.And the systems of teaching work,self-management,self-restriction,self-diagnosis and self-development are formed to provide the worthy talents for the economic growth and social development.
