基于供应链管理模式的高职院校服务地方发展的探讨

Study of Colleges Serving Local Development Based on Sppuly Chain Management Model

首先从梳理当前国内高职院校服务地方发展模式的研究综述入手，认为现有的研究成果大都停留在各个院校自身的经验总结阶段，未能构建高职院校的产学研与地方发展交流互动、合作双赢的快速响应和及时调整需求服务的长效机制以及科学有效的管理模式。最后结合案例，探讨了基于供应链管理的高职院校服务地方模式的推广及配套政策。

The paper firstly presents the literature review on the mode of higher vocational colleges serving local e- conomy and then lists the problems that the present research achievments just summarize the colleges＂ experience of experimental approaches, the industry, education and research in the colleges are separated with the local develop- ment and a long - term effective and scientific manangent model has not yet been set up. Finally, a supply chain - based management model and supporting policies are proposed to apply in the serving of the local development.
