一种新型并联行星轮系自动变速器的设计与运动学仿真

摘要 介绍了一种自主研发的车辆用选择性输出并联行星轮系自动变速器(型号:HGD8G)的结构特点与工作原理。采用虚拟样机技术对变速器进行了仿真研究,运用三维建模软件PRO/E建立了变速器的实体模型,利用了ADAMS软件分析了其运动特性,分析直观地展示变速器工作状态,仿真结果与理论分析较好地相吻合,对HGD8G的进一步设计和动力学分析有着重要的指导意义。 The structural characteristics and working principle of a selective output parallel planetary gear train of a new automatic trans- mission (Type: HGD8G) researched an(] developed independently using in automobiles were introduced. Simulation research was (tone on transmission by using virtual prototype technology. The three dimensional (3D) solid model of" the transmission was built by using Pru/E soft- ware. Kinematics characteristics were analyzed for the transmission by using ADAMS. Working state of the transmission was intuitively dis- played by the analysis. Simulation results and theoretical analysis are preferably coincided, which provides key guiding significance for further design and kinematics analysis of the HGD8G.
