摘要
随着进城务工人员随迁子女异地高考问题的凸显,理论界和教育实践领域均对异地高考给予了高度关注。进城务工人员随迁子女异地高考存在正负两方面的功能。从正向功能来看,进城务工人员随迁子女异地高考在一定程度上实现了教育公平,促进合理化的社会流动,减少群体间的对立冲突;从负向功能来看,其推行过程中的政策不协调损害政府公信力,为"高考移民"制造了便利,对人口流出地的经济、教育产生了冲击。
As the issue of the off-set college entrance examination for the children living with migrant workers gets more and more serious , researchers in both fields of theory and education practice began to pay greater attention to it . The off-set college entrance examination for migrant workers'children has both positive functions and negative functions . On the positive side , the off-set college entrance examination realizes the educational fairness to a certain extent , promotes the rationalization of social mobility , reduces conflicts among social groups . On the negative side , the lack of coordination in enforcing the off-set college entrance examination policies diminishes the government's credibility , increases the chances for“migration for the purpose of college entrance examination” , and results in harmful impact on both economy and education in areas of students’ origin .
