摘要
用多聚甲醛代替37%的甲醛液体制备三聚氰胺树脂,研究了树脂合成过程的反应机理和树脂结构特性,讨论了诸种因素对树脂性能的影响。优化了生产工艺,即反应的出水用来溶解多聚甲醛被循环利用,脱醇阶段采用减压脱醇。结果表明,用多聚甲醛所制得的三聚氰胺树脂游离甲醛含量低,性能等于或优于37%的甲醛液体制备的三聚氰胺树脂,尤其是无废水排放,具有节能环保等优势。
Melamine resin was prepared using paraformaldehyde instead of 37% formaldehyde solution. The reaction mechanism and the structural characteristics of the resin were studied,many factors affecting the performances of the resin were discussed. The production process was optimized,the recycling water was used for dissolving paraformaldehyde,and the alcohol phase was took off at reduced prssure,melamine resin was prepared from paraformaldehyde. The restlts showed that free formaldehyde was low,the performances of the melamine resin was equal to or was better than that from37% formaldehyde solution,especially the process had the advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection without wastewater discharge.
