垃圾渗滤液BOD_5测定方法的研究

Study on BOD_5 Measuring Method of Landfill Leachate

论述了垃圾渗滤液BOD5的测定方法和过程,以城市污水处理厂生物池出水作为接种液来源,采用SBR模式培养和驯化了接种液,制备的接种稀释水BOD5为0.50 mg/L,符合要求。垃圾渗滤液有机物浓度高,实验中采用2 000、2 500和3 000 3个稀释倍数测定BOD5,每个稀释倍数做2个平行样,结果表明,3个稀释倍数下水样消耗的DO>2 mg/L,剩余的DO>2 mg/L,都符合要求,结果 BOD5取平均值为8.58×103mg/L。

BOD5 measuring method and process of landfill leachate were discussed.With the city sewage treatment plant biological tank effluent as inoculum source,inoculated liquid was cultivated and acclimated by SBR operational model.The BOD5 of the inoculated dilution was 0.50 mg/L,which was conforming the requirement. For high concentrations of organic matter,the BOD5 of leachate was measured with 2 000,2 500 and 3 000 three dilution multiples. And each dilution multiple was made two parallel samples. The results showed that the consumption and surplus of DO were more than 2 mg/L,which were conforming the requirement. The averaging value of BOD5 was 8.58 × 103mg/L.
