摘要
采用水泥浆单浆液注浆加固九龙矿南、北翼轨道巷道破碎围岩和底板,通过理论分析和现场应用实践,表明注浆能够提高破碎围岩体的整体性和稳定性,有效地减少了巷道破碎围岩的冒顶、片帮安全事故及底板引起的底鼓现象,通过实验巷道的工程实践,证明了注浆加固技术在深部巷道中的应用价值,为保证巷道的行人、运输、机械、通风等方面的安全奠定了基础。
Single-use grout slurry grouting was conducted to strenthen south and north wing of broken rock and bottom rail tunnel in Jiulong mine. Through theoretical analysis and practical field applications,theories that a broken rock grouting to improve the integrity and stability of the body,effective reducing the roadway broken rock cave,spalling caused by security incidents and floor heave induced by floor were drew.Roadway experiment phenomenon engineering practice can effectively demonstrate grouting technique in deep roadways application value,which ensured the pedestrian roadway,transportation,mechanical,ventilation and other safety aspects.
