石脑油管线腐蚀破坏原因初探及解决方案

Causes and Solutions of Naphtha Pipeline Corrosion Damage

大部分石油管线采用埋地方式铺设,极易腐蚀,造成漏油等事故的发生。分析了抚顺石化公司厂际互供石脑油管线腐蚀的原因,腐蚀原因首先为防腐层的破坏,其次为牺牲阳极的失效,进而不能有效地阻止腐蚀的发生,再次为杂散电流腐蚀、外部土壤腐蚀和内部输送介质腐蚀。根据实际情况提出了加强巡检密切监视管道、检测防腐层、重新更换牺牲阳极及排流设施,对特殊地段可采用强制阴极保护方式、使用3层PE或液态聚氨酯重新防腐等措施。

Due to most of the oil pipeline are layed using the buried method,they are easily corroded,and some accidents for example oil spills were happened. Based on the occasion of Fushun Petrochemical Corporation mutual,the causes of the naphtha pipelines corrosion were that the failure of the sacrificial anode which could not effectively prevent the occurrence of corrosion,then the corrosion of the stray current,the erosion corrosion of the external and internal transport medium soil. According to the actual situation,some effective measures were that monitoring the pipeline,detecting the inspection of the coating,replacing the sacrificial anode and drainage facilities,using mandatory cathodic protection method and re-corrosion of PE or liquid polyurethane layer,and so on.
