摘要
造气工段是合成氨生产中能耗最高、余热最多的工段,因此降低煤耗、蒸汽消耗、电耗以及做好余热回收工作是降低合成氨生产综合能耗和生产成本最有效的途径。目前我国众多小型化肥企业的造气工艺主要采用常压固定床间歇气化技术,许多企业对现有工艺状况及控制方案进行改造创新,从而达到节能降耗的目的。简要介绍了节能降耗的几个关键因素及优化措施。
The energy consumption and waste heat are all the highest in gasification process of synthetic ammonia production,so it was the most effective way reducing the comprehensive energy consumption and production cost of production production which were reducing the coal consumption,steam consumption,power consumption and doing heat recovery well of. Atmospheric pressure fixed bed intermittent gasification technology was adopted in the gasification process by China's numerous small chemical fertilizer enterprises. In order to save energy and reduce consumption,many the existing process and control scheme were innovated,so the purpose of energy saving was achieved.Several key factors of saving energy and reducing consumption and optimization measures were introduced.
