摘要 利用位相光栅的实时偏振相移方法可实现对动态过程位相的测量 ,具有很好的应用前景。本文对其作了全面的误差分析 ,被分析的误差源包括 1/4波片位相延迟误差、1/4波片方位角误差、偏振片方位角误差。 A real time polarization phase shifting method,which can be used for dynamic phase measurement,can be applied widely and easily.It is important to give the error analysis for this method to see how the error sources influence the phase measurement.In this paper a complete error analysis is given,the retardation and azimuth errors of quarter wave plate,azimuth error of polarizers,phase and intensity deformation of diffracted wavefronts and pixel matching error of the interferomatic patterns are analyzed.
