摘要
研究脉冲激光照射对镀有TiN陶瓷应力薄膜的硅钢片 ,细化磁畴、降低铁损的影响效应。实验表明激光照射可使其铁损大幅度降低 ;同时建立了具有复杂边界条件的三维温度场方程进行预测分析 ,为进一步降低铁损及降止铁陷产生提供了理论依据。
The effects on fining domain and reducing core loss of grain orientation silicon steel sheet with TiN coated by pulse laser irradiation are investigated.The experiments show that the core loss can reduce in greater degrees.At the same time,the equations of the three dimension temperature fields at complex boundary surface have established to analyze,which provide theoretic basis for reducing more core loss and preventing its defect occurrence.
