氧透射载体治疗在抗肿瘤化疗中的联合应用(附40例报告)

Oxygea-radio therapy and antineoplastic chemotherapy:40cases report

对 40例恶性肿瘤病人采用抗肿瘤药物联合化疗的同时配以氧透射载体治疗 ,防止血像下降总有效率达 89% ;血浆中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性治疗后显著升高 ,对照组及治疗前比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1 )。统计学表明治疗前后患者的临床症状及血像的改变差异显著。此方法操作简便、无副作用 ,为肿瘤病人联合化疗和延长生存期创造了条件。

maligant tumor patients were treated with combined chemical drugs and oxygea radio therapy to prevent the reduction of leucocyte and platelet quantites.The total effective rate was 89%.The serum SOD content was significantly higher than that of no oxygea radio therapy group (P<0 01).The statistic reported that the change of clinical picture and blood rout was very significances.It is demonstration that this technique is simple and safty a way for cancer therapy,and improved survive as well.
