Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation therapy in congenital fistula of the dacryocyst

本文报告了应用Nd :YAG激光光凝固术治疗先天性泪囊瘘患者 57例 ,全部病例随访 3～ 6月 ,无感染 ,无疤痕、无并发症 ,治愈率 1 0 0 %。并就Nd :YAG激光光凝固术治疗先天性泪囊瘘的机理和优点进行了讨论 ,作者认为是一种有效的新的治疗方法。

cases were treated with the Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation in congenital fistula of the dacryocyst.All of these cases were followed up for 3-6 month.No infection、no scar and no complication were found.The cure rate was 100%.The mechanism and merits of Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation in congenital fistula of the dacryocyst were discussed.These findings suggest that curative effect was pleased with the method of treatment.
