摘要
段力佩作为一名中学校长,在其从教的数十年生涯中,锐意革新,不断进行教改。从其上世纪60年代总结创造的"紧扣教材,边讲边练,新旧联系,因材施教"的教学方法暨教改经验,到80年代总结出的"读读、议议、练练、讲讲"的教学形式,以及90年代初又提出"自学自创、自治自理、自觉体锻"的培养目标,引领了上海育才中学实现了教育改革的一次又一次飞跃。这些教育思想和教改经验构成了独特的育才之道,对上海乃至全国教育界都产生了重大而深远的辐射影响。
As a principal of middle school, Duan Lipei committed to the innovation and ongoing education reform in decades of his teaching career. In the 1960s, Duan created the teaching method which was" closely linked to teaching material, teaching while prac- tice, conneetingold and new knowledge, individualized". In the 1980s, he summarized the new teaching style which was "reading, discussing, practicing and talking". In the early 1990s, he put forward the education train objective which was "self - learning and self -creating, autonomous self, consciouslybodyforging". Duan led Shanghai Yucai Middle School educational reform to achieve leap a- gain and again. These educational reform ideas andexperiences constituted a unique Yucai' sway, have had a significant andfar - reac- hing effects on the education seetorin Shanghai even in the whole country.
