云南省农村居民消费潜力分析

Analysis of Rural Residents' Potential Consumption of Yunnan

改革开放以来,云南省农民收入水平稳步提升,但与全国平均水平相比,相对收入比例下降。在扩大内需的背景下,如何稳步提高农民收入是政府的一项重要任务。通过统计分析,发现云南农民边际消费倾向和平均消费倾向居于全国第一,开拓农村消费市场的重点应放在多渠道增加农民收入上。政府的"三农"政策应注重短期政策与长期政策相结合,快速、高效地提高农民收入。

Since the reform and opening up, the income level of farmers in Yunnan province has been increasing, but comparing with the national average, which is relatively decreasing. In the context of expanding domestic demand, how to steadily improve the income of farmers is an important task for the government. Through statistical analysis, we found that farmers in Yunnan whose MPC and APC is the first in the country, so we should put more attention on increasing the farmers＇ income in order to de- velop rural consumers＇ market. The government＇s rural policy should focus on how to combine short- term and long-term policy lastly and efficiently improving farmers＇ income.
