增强高校学生党支部组织生活的实效性,是高校党建面临的重要课题,对提高党员质量、加强高校学生工作具有重要意义。目前,高校党组织生活主要存在形式单一、内容模式化的问题。组织生活中可运用新媒体技术创新工作方式,同时围绕高校的培养目标开展"三看三培养"的主题教育活动,抓牢、抓好学生党员的纯洁性和先进性教育,促进高校基层党建工作取成效。

Enhancing effectiveness of the organization activities is a vast subject for Party construction in universities, which is very important to strengthen the quality of Party members and students work of universities. At present, single form and rigid content become the main problems of organization activi- ties in universities. The new media technology should be used to innovative mode of working. At the same time, according to the development aims of university, ＂three look and three culture＂ theme edu- cational activities should be carried out. By these ways, the purity and advancement education of the Party members, and Party construction of universities can be improved effectively.
