摘要
汽车士官人数多,任职岗位复杂,对岗位任职能力素质要求高,但目前存在能力素质具体要求不全面、不规范、不统一的问题。通过分析梳理当前汽车士官主要分布的5个类别19种任职岗位,总结归纳这些岗位具有的分布广泛性、专业技术性、职能多样性和岗位基层性等鲜明特点,将汽车士官岗位任职能力素质分为基本素质和专业能力两方面,并分别进行阐述。
There are a large number of automobile non-commissioned officers in the army, and their works are complicated, these works need automobile non-commissioned officer to possess exigent capability and stuff, but the actual problem is that those capability and stuff is non-comprehensive, non-canonical and non-standard. Nineteen kinds of automobile non-com- missioned officer posts are enumerated. The characteristics of those posts are analyzed from distributing universality, special- ty technology, function diversity and station fundamentality. Those capability and stuff are decomposed into two facets, namely, basal stuff and specialty capability, and each of them are expatiated. The conclusion can be considered as a refer- ence on establishing the automobile non-commissioned officer assessing standard.
