信息化战争条件下汽车士官人才培养对策研究

Research on Automobile NCO Cultivation Countermeasure Under Conditions of Information Warfare

如何提升汽车士官人才的培养质量，以适应信息化战争的需要，是当前汽车士官人才培养的重点、难点和焦点问题。分析汽车士官人才培养的特点，指出存在的问题，论述了汽车士官应具备的组训能力、管理能力和指挥能力。在此基础上，提出建立和完善分级培训体系、建立多元化的培训模式、创建信息化的课程体系以及加紧进行信息化战争条件下的运输保障训练等针对性对策。

The important problem of the cultivation for automobile NCO talents currently is to improve the cultivation of au- tomobile NCO talents to adapt the demand of information warfare. The paper analyzes the characteristics of automobile NCO talents cultivation, indicates existing problems and discusses the three abilities. After that, it puts forwards pertinent coun- termeasure includes how to build and perfect grading training system, to build diversified training model and set up informa- tion course system as well as strength transport to guarantee training under the conditions of information warfare.
