乳腺癌根治术后患侧上肢功能锻炼护理方法效果观察

Observation on Effect of Functional Exercise Nursing Method with the Upper Limbs of Breast Cancer after Mastectomy

目的:研究分析乳腺癌根治术后患侧上肢功能锻炼的护理方法以及效果。方法:选择2010年9月-2012年9月本院收治的乳腺癌根治术患者30例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各15例。对照组采用常规护理方法进行自我锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上实施分阶段功能锻炼。观察对比两组患者手术后并发症的发生率以及上肢运动功能情况。结果:观察组患者手术后的并发症发生率为13.3%(2/15),明显低于对照组的53.3%(8/15),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的生活自理情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患侧上肢分阶段行为干预对乳腺癌根治术后患者上肢功能状态有明显改善作用,值得在临床上广泛运用。

Objective： To research and analyze effect of functional exercise nursing method with the upper limb of breast cancer after radical mastectomy.nethod： 30 cases of breast cancer with radical surgery in our hospital from september 2010 to september 2012 were selected, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group had 15 cases and the control group had 15 cases.The control group was treated with routine care self-training, the observation group was treated the implementation of a phased functional exercise on the basis of the control group.Observed and compared the two groups in the incidence＇ of complications after surgery and upper limb motor function.Result： The observation group of patients in the incidence of postoperative complications was 13.3% （ 2/15 ）, significantly lower than the control group of 53.3% （ 8/15 ）, the difference between the two groups was statisticaUy significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The independent living condition of the observation group was better than the control group after treatment, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Upper limb phased behavioral intervention has obvious improvement effect on patients with upper limb function after radical mastectomy for breast cancer, it is worth to be widely used in clinical.
