脐带血中葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶检测对新生儿高胆红素血症的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨脐带血中葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性检测对新生儿高胆红素血症的临床诊断价值。方法:采用紫外速率定量法测定2010年1月-2012年1月本院产科出生的174例高胆红素血症新生儿和166例非高胆红素血症新生儿的G6PD活性。结果:高胆红素血症组新生儿G6PD阳性率为12.07%,非高胆红素血症组新生儿G6PD阳性率为0,非高胆红素血症组明显低于高胆红素血症组,平均G6PD活性明显高于高胆红素血症组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高胆红素组新生儿血清总胆红素水平与G6PD活性呈负性显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:高胆红素血症新生儿G6PD活性降低甚至缺乏,脐带血中G6PD活性可作为辅助诊断新生儿高胆红素血症的重要指标。 Objective: To explore the clinical significance of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase ( G6PD ) activity detection in neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia.Method: The activity of G6PD was detected in 174 neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia, and compared with that of 166 neonates without Hyperbilirubinemia by UV rate method from January 2010 to January 2012 in the hospital obstetrics.Result: The positive rate of G6PD deficiency in the hyperbilirubinemia group was 12.07%, which was 0 in the non-Hyperbilirubinemia group, the Hyperbilirubinemia group was significantly lower than that of the non-Hyperbilirubinemia group.The activity of G6PD in the Hyperbilirubinemia group was significantly higher than that of the non- Hyperbilirubinemia group, there were statistically significant differences between the groups ( P〈0.05 ) .The serum level of total bilirubin was negatively correlated with the activity of G6PD in the Hyperbilirubinemia group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: G6PD activity is decreased or deficient in neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia, which may be used as an important auxiliary indicator for the diagnosis of hyperbilirubinemia.
