2012年南京市艾滋病筛查实验室质量考评结果分析

Assessment of Quality of HIV Screening Laboratory in Nanjing in 2012

目的:掌握目前南京市艾滋病筛查实验室HIV抗体检测工作质量、实验室管理水平,发现各实验室检测过程中可能存在的问题,促进其整体检测能力提高。方法:以卫生部《艾滋病检测工作技术规范》《南京地区艾滋病检测工作管理规范》为主要依据,通过发放质控品进行盲样考核和专家实验室现场督导相结合的方式对全市73家艾滋病筛查实验室进行考评。其中盲样考核包括检测结果的准确性以及实验的规范性,两部分各占25%;实验室现场督导占50%;结果总分100分。结果:73家艾滋病筛查实验室酶联法(ELISA)试验结果符合率均为100%,平均得分25分;实验的规范性平均得分为22.4分;实验室现场督导平均得分为49.3分。结论:南京艾滋病筛查实验室检测能力均较好,能够满足艾滋病筛查工作的需要。但是在实验过程中的规范化管理及实验室质量管理两方面均需进一步提高和完善。

Objective： To investigate the quality of HIV antibody testing in Nanjing AIDS screening laboratory and the level of laboratory management, find out the possible existence of the problems in the process of laboratory testing, upgrade the quality o f HIV testing in Nanjing.Method： With the ministry of health AIDS test specification, the Nanjing area code for HIV testing work management as the main basis, 73 screening laboratories in Nanjing were examined and evaluated.Samples for quality control check were extended to all laboratories and experts on-site laboratory examination as well.The assessment of unknown sample concluded the accuracy of the test results and the standardization of the experiment.Two parts each accounted for 25%, laboratory site supervision accounted for 50%; results total of lO0 points.Result： The coincidence rate of ELISA test of 73 laboratories was all 100% respectively.The score of standardize management of them was 22.4 points.The score of on-site laboratory examination of them was 49.3 points. Conclusion： The test ability of 73 laboratories is good, but the standardize management and the laboratory quality management should be enhanced and perfected.
