鼻内窥镜下电凝加医用胶涂布在顽固性鼻出血中的应用

Application of Nasal Endoscope Electric Coagulation and Medical Glue Coating in Stubborn Nosebleed

目的：探讨鼻内镜下电凝加医用胶涂布术止血在顽固性鼻出血中的疗效观察。方法：选取2008年3月-2012年10月因反复鼻出血来本科就诊行鼻内镜检查明确出血点的25例患者，采用鼻内镜下电凝加医用胶涂布术止血治疗，术后随访3-6个月，并观察其疗效。结果：治愈24例，显效率96％；1例无效患者为鼻中隔高位偏曲，鼻腔极度狭窄，出血点位于嗅裂区，鼻内镜及双极电凝无法到达出血区行电凝治疗，改为医用胶涂布后治愈，有效率100％。术后随访3-6个月，所有患者均无心脑血管意外、鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连等并发症。结论：鼻内镜下电凝加医用胶涂布术止血治疗顽固性鼻出血是一种准确、安全、有效的方法，其治愈率高，并发症少，患者痛苦小，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the nasal endoscopic electric coagulation and medical glue coating technique hemostasis in stubborn nosebleed.Method： From March 2008 to October 2012 for repeated bleeding from the nose to my family do a nasal endoscopy 25 cases petechiae patients were selected, the nasal endoscopic electric coagulation and medical glue coating technique hemostatic treatment and were followed up for 3-6 months, and its efficacy were observed.Result： 24 cases were cured, cure rate was 96%. 1 cases of invalid for patients with upper nasal septal deviation, nasal extremely narrow, bleeding points are located in the regions of the olfactory cleft, nasal endoscopy and bipolar coagulation could not reach the bleeding area for electric coagulation treatment, to medical adhesive coating cured, total effective rate was 96%. Patients were followed up for 3-6 months, all patients were free of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident, perforation of nasal septum, nasal cavity adhesion, complication.Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic electric coagulation and medical glue coating technique hemostatic treatment stubborn nosebleed is a kind of accurate, safe and effective method and the cure rate is high, fewer complications, little pain, it is worth clinical application.
