摘要
为跟踪国外图书馆管理的最新研究进展,以2005-2012年英国《图书馆管理》刊载的论文为数据源,借助词频分析与可视化方法对该领域的研究状况进行描述,在此基础上确定9个主题对研究论文的内容进行归纳整理,包括变革管理、公共图书馆研究、资源共享与合作、图书馆战略管理、图书馆质量管理、人力资源管理、图书馆营销、图书馆绩效评估、图书馆业务管理。
In order to follow the progress of the latest research in library management abroad, the present paper analyzes the articles published in the 2005 -2012 period in Library Management with the aid of word frequency analysis and visualization methods to show the current status of research in library management, and then it summarizes nine themes from this journal, including library change management, public library research, resource sharing and cooperation, library strategy management, library quality management, human resource management, library marketing, library performance evaluation, and business management.
