广西高校助学贷款的现状、问题与建议

Analysis on the Current Situation, Existing Problems and Suggestions of Student Loan in Universities in Guangxi

国家开发银行公布的数据显示,2012年广西助学贷款签订合同人数及贷款金额为全国第一,广西对助学贷款有着很大的需求。助学贷款对广西而言能够起到促进教育公平、经济发展及改善民生的作用,但是目前广西的助学贷款仍然存在着申请流程复杂繁琐、还款制度不够灵活及助学贷款违约现象严重等问题,据此提出建立学生综合评价及全国联网的个人信用体系、加强诚信教育及管理力度、简化贷款程序和适当延长贷款年限的建议,来完善当前广西高校助学贷款体系。

According to the data published by China Development Bank, in the year of 2012 , the number of students who sign the loan contracts in Guangxi is larger than that of any other provinces and theamount of student loan ranks the top. The demand for student loan in Guangxi is great. Student loan can play a role in promoting education equality, economic development and people＇s livelihood. There are some problems existing in the application of student loan, such as the complex and tedious process, the inflexible rules for payment, and the serious loan defaults and so on. Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the college student loan system in Guangxi, such as setting up the student comprehensive assessment system and the national-networked individual credit system, enhancing honesty education and management intensity, simplifying the loan application process and properly lengthening the payback period of loan and so on.
