摘要
为确保永磁同步电动机高性能调速系统所要求的高转矩、无反转启动特性,结合变频控制器的控制性能,提出了一套转子初始位置检测的实用方案。依据永磁同步电动机的凸极效应及铁心磁饱和特性,采用SVPWM调制方式,通过向电机施加不同方向的等幅电压矢量、检测和比较定子电流响应变化速率,实现转子初始位置的检测。实验结果验证了该方案的有效性和可行性,可作为一个功能模块在永磁同步电动机调速控制器产品中得到应用。
In order to ensure the features of high torque and non-reverse start requested by high performance variable-speed system of PMSM,a practical paradigm for PMSM rotor initial position detecting with combination of the control performance of inverter was proposed.Based on the salient effect of PMSM and magnet saturation effects of iron core,the determination of PMSM rotor initial position is finally implemented by detecting and comparing the current response ratio of stator winding through exerting voltage vectors having the same magnitude in different directions on PMSM with the SVPWM modulation.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed paradigm,which can be widely used in the variable-speed controller products of PMSM as a function module.
