摘要
在冷轧机组中,开卷机的张力稳定是一个重要指标。在机组恒速运行时,全线张力一般比较稳定,但在加减速时,张力会出现明显的波动。引起张力波动的原因较多,其中最重要的原因之一就是动态力矩的补偿,而转动惯量的计算精度决定了动态力矩补偿的准确性。介绍一种准确简单的转动惯量测量与计算方法。实际生产运行中,采用该方法对动态力矩进行补偿后,开卷机张力较稳定。
The tension stability of decoiler is an important indicat in cold mill control system.Generally,the tension is more stable in constant-speed running,while it presents noticeable fluctuation in the process of accelerating and decelerating.There are many reasons for the fluctuation,but the most important one is compensation of dynamic torque.The computational accuracy of inertia moment plays a decisive role in the compensation accuracy of dynamic torque.A measuring and calculation method of inertia moment was intorduced,which is very accurate and simple.In practical production,when using this method to calculate and compensate the dynamic torque,the tension of decoiler becomes more stable.
