摘要
PWM逆变器驱动电机因其具有优越的控制性能而得到了广泛的应用,然而由于逆变器的开关模式带来的电磁干扰问题,也给电机带来了不少负面影响。在给出了电机和电缆高频模型的基础上,分别对不同电缆长度和不同开关频率对电机过电压的影响进行了仿真分析。最后搭建了实验平台,用频谱分析仪对电机的EMI进行测试,验证了上述不同因素对电机EMI影响的分析。
Due to the improvement of control performance,PWM inverters are widely used in motor drive system.However,the electromagnetic interference (EMI) has undesirable effects on motor which produced by the inverters because of the operation of switch mode.The high frequency model of the power cable and motor was designed.The influence of system parameters such as cable lengths and the switching frequencies of the inverter on motor terminal overvoltage was analyzed.The experimental platform was setted up and the EMI in motor was tested by the spectrum analyzer.The test results show good agreement with the simulate analysis result.
