罗哌卡因与布比卡因在无痛分娩中的应用效果比较 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨罗哌卡因在无痛分娩中的应用价值。方法:选择2011年8月-2012年10月于本院采用无痛分娩的产妇120例,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,各60例,其中研究组采用罗哌卡因行局麻无痛分娩,对照组采用布比卡因行局麻无痛分娩,采用Mulleetr评分评定两组镇痛效果,观察两组产程、出血量及新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果:研究组镇痛优良率86.7%略高于对照组的81.7%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组出血量少于对照组,研究组第一产程和第二产程明显短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因用于无痛分娩的镇痛效果较好,相对于布比卡因其产程较短,且对新生儿无明显影响,安全性高,值得临床应用。 Objective: To investigate the application value of ropivacaine in Painless childbirth.Method: 120 cases of puerpera taken painless delivery from August 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 60 cases in each group, the study group was given ropivacaine epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth, the control group was given bupivacaine epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth, Mulleetr scoring was used to evaluated analgesic effects, and the birth process, amount of bleeding and newborn Apgar score of two groups were observed.Result: Analgesic excellent rate of study group ( 86.7 % ) was slightly higher than that of control group ( 81.7% ), but the difference was not statistically significant ( P〉0.05 ) ; blood loss of study group was less than control group, first stage and second stage of labor was significantly shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the newborn Apgar score of two groups compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05) .Conclusion: Analgesic effect of Ropivacaine analgesia in painless childbirth is better, compared to bupivacaine, its production process is shorter, and had no significant effect on the newborn, it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
