摘要
目的:通过对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)小儿进行视觉训练,以促进其智力发育。方法:对15例年龄2~7个月ROP小儿实施视觉训练,包括光感、关注力、灵敏度、转换能力、连续性、寻找能力、观察力与知觉、注视人脸训练,并采用盖泽尔发展量表进行智能评估。结果:经过训练,6个月前后DQ≥85分的患儿比较差异具有统计学意义(字2=7.9231,P〈0.05)。结论:视觉训练能有效促进ROP小儿智力发育。
Objective: Through visual training on retinopafhy of prematurity in children, in order to promote the development of intelligence. Method: The implementation of visual training on 17 cases of children with ROP aged 2-7 months, including light perception, attention, sensitivity, conversion ability, continuity, the ability to find , observation and perception, gaze face training, and used development scale GaiZeEr for intelligent evaluation. Result: After trained, DQ before and after six months of 85 points or more children were statistically significant differences (X2=7.9231, P〈7.9231 ) . Conduslon: Visual training can effectively promote children's intellectual development of retinopathy of prematurity.
